New Delhi, Nov 28 (UNI) The BJP today condemned the behaviour of some Members of the Lok Sabha from Tamil Nadu who protested in the House against the use of Hindi in the Supreme Court and High Courts, saying the members should seek use of Tamil in courts rather than opposing use of Hindi.

Talking to newspersons, BJP Parliamentary Party spokesman Vijay Kumar Malhotra said the BJP had no objection of having a three language formula to implemented in courts.

A lot of difficulties were being faced by lawyers as well as the people because of the use of only English in higher courts. Use of Hindi would benefit a lot of people, he said, adding that the party was not against use of Tamil in the High Court in that state.

''We are of definite opinion that the SC and HCs, along with English, should also permit use of Hindi,'' he said.
