437 employees quit
New Delhi, Nov 29 (UNI) The Railway Ministry today said its 437 employees resigned, while another 4,881 took voluntary retirement in 2006.
In a statement in Lok Sabha correcting the figure supplied in reply to a question during summer session of Parliament on May 17, Minister of State R Velu attributed the earlier error to some misinterpretation.
On May 17, it was stated that 422 employees had resigned and 3,645 took voluntary retirement last year.
