BHEL wins Quality Circle Competition

Hyderabad, Nov 28 (UNI) Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Ramachandrapuram, today won the first prize at 20th state level quality circle competition organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CCI), Andhra Pradesh.

The EM 27 M Quality Circle of the BHEL won the first prize while, the second prize went to the Triveni Quality Circle of RINL- Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and the third prize was bagged by the Friends Quality Circle of Sanghi Polyesters Ltd, Hyderabad, a release said here.

The winning three teams from the state would compete with the winners of the Southern Region States-- Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Kerala-- at the Southern Regional Level Quality Circle competition to be held in December.
