Sanra Software to acquire business of Acropetal Animation

New Delhi, Nov 27: Chennai-based Sanra Software Ltd today said its board has decided to acquire the business of Acropetal Animation Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.

The existing business of Acropetal Animation Pvt Ltd will be valued and the board has appointed a committee to take ahead the process of acquisition through business transfer agreement, a company statement said.

The business of Acropetal has the potential to generate revenues of 10 million dollrs over the next two-three years, the statement added.
