Tamil Nadu: 2 young men drown in Cauvery

Tiruchirapalli, Nov 26: Two youths drowned in River Cauvery at suburban Sarkarapalayam here yesterday.

Police said Iwin (20) and Kannan (19) went for a bath in the river along with three of their friends when the mishap occurred.

While Iwin's body was recovered by Fire and Rescue Services Department personnel, efforts were on to find Kannan's body.
