Kashmir under cold wave

Srinagar, Nov 25, 2007 : India"s Kashmir valley reels under an intense cold wave as temperatures continue to fall below the freezing point since the past one week.

The night temperature in the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir plunged to minus 4 degree Celsius, has experienced the coldest night of this season so far. According to official sources, Clear sky during the day and night in the valley has resulted in a drop in the temperatures.
