There is no space for self expression in JD(S): Prakash
Hubli, Nov 26 (UNI) Indicating the imminent split in the Janata Dal(S), rebel leader M P Prakash today said that he will not stay anymore in a party where there was no independence and right for self expression.
"JD(S) supremo H D Devegowda and his son and former Chief Minister H D Kumarsawamy have become dictators in the party. There is no place for a dedicated worker in this party," he alleged.
Speaking to news persons here he reiterated his decision not to attend the working committee meeting scheduled for November 29 and said that he would hold the meeting of 'like minded' legislators a day earlier, to chart their 'own course'.
He would also hold a meeting of his supporters in the JD(S), who were opposed to the dictatorial ways of the party leadership, shortly.
He said still more than 30 JD(S) legislators were ready to support the Congress if it wished to form an alternative government in Karnataka.
