In a statement here, he said ''the citizens of human rights organisations in India are deeply concerned about the violations of human rights of the Indian Malaysians, who have been deliberately marginalised and are in a state of being permanently treated as indentured labourers.'' Dr Swamy also condemned the arrest of human rights activists P Waytha Moorthy, P Uthayakumar, V Ganabatrirau by the Malaysian Government.

''We demand the immediate and unconditional release of the activists. We also demand the immediate withdrawal of all the restrictions imposed on the human rights activists in Malaysia, defending the rights of Indian Malaysians,'' Dr Swamy said.
