Parsvnath Developers form susidiary co for retail biz

New Delhi, Nov 26 (UNI) Delhi-based realty firm Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it has incorporated a subsidiary Company 'Parsvnath Retail Ltd' for undertaking retail business in the country.

Parsvnath Developers Ltd posted a net profit of Rs 100.73 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, compared to Rs 48.92 crore for the corresponding previous period. Total income of the company increased to Rs 407.72 crore (Rs 293.33 crore).
