Notorious gangster arrested in Gaya

Gaya, Nov 26 (UNI) Notorious gangster Sanjeet Singh was arrested from Neudha village in the district.

Police said acting on a tip off a sleuth of local police raided a hideout at Neudha village and arrested Sanjeet Singh.

Police also recovered country-made revolver, cell phone and several rounds of live cartridges.

Earlier, the state government had announced Rs 25,000 on his head.

The arrested gangster was wanted in connection with several criminal cases in Bihar and Jharkhand, police added.
