Mirzapur BSA suspended

Lucknow, Nov 26 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government today directed to suspend Mirzapur Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) Rakesh Singh for dereliction of duty.

After reviewing development works in Varanasi, Chief Secretary Prashant Kumar Mishra conducted a surprise inspection at village Jalalpur Mafi in Mirzapur.

He directed BSA's suspension after he was found absent, while at duty, source said.

Besides, several cases of corruption were reported against him.
