Militants make abortive bid to blow up CRPF bunker in Kashmir

Baramulla, Nov 26 (UNI) Militants today made an abortive bid to blow up a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) bunker in north Kashmir, official sources said.

They said militants hurled a hand grenade towards a CRPF roadside bunker at Sopore at 1430 hours. However, it missed the intended target and exploded without causing any damage.

Later, CRPF conducted a search operation in the area but no one was arrested as the militants had managed to escape after the attack.
