Mechanical engineer killed in road mishap

Bareilly, Nov 26 (UNI) A mechanical engineer died, when his motorcycle was hit by a speeding private bus in Bhamaura area here today, police said.

Devendra Pratap Singh (30), who was employed with the Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative (IFFCO) unit at Aaonla, met with the accident on Badaun road, while coming to city, the police added.

He died on the spot.

Devendra hailed from Patna.

Later, the bus driver fled.

A case had been registered.
