Hyd Nizam remembered

Hyderabad, Nov 26 (UNI) Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President K Chandrasekhara Rao today paid floral tributes to seventh Nizam ruler of the Hyderabad princely state Mir Osman Ali Khan on the occasion of his 40th death anniversary.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Rao said the Nizam rulers had rendered yeomen services to the backward Telangana region.

The TRS would fight against the government for ''not protecting'' the lakes and ponds constructed during the Nizam's rule, he added.
