New Delhi, Nov 24, 2007 : Foreign Biggies are eyeing the Indian Real Estate sector with a lot of interest. And why not?

After all Real Estate is booming in India. The industry is currently pegged at 16 billion dollars but is rapidly growing at a 30 per cent rate and is estimated to hit 60 billion dollars by 2010. Little wonder that a lot of developers from abroad specially from the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia are interested in the Indian real estate.
