Delhi jolted by strong earth quake

An
earthquake,
measuring
4.3
on
the
Richter
Scale,
shook
the
national
capital
and
adjoining
areas
early
on
Monday
morning.
There were no immediate reports of any casualty or damages.
The 4.3 magnitude quake was felt in New Delhi and the surrounding areas at about 4:43 a.m., the Indian Meteorological Department said.
Besides the capital, the tremor was felt in Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Meerut.
The epicentre of the quake was at the Delhi-Haryana border at 28.6 N latitude and 77.9 E longitude.
