Pondy: Cultural Association groups together

Puducherry, Nov 26: Several cultural associations here joined hands to form the Intercultural Association.

The Tamil Sangham, Kerala Samajam, KannadaSangh, Banga Bharathi, Andhra Maha Sabha and Gujarati Samaj formed the Intercultural Assocation whose first programme was held here last night.

The Tamil Sangam presented Bharatanatyam and roller skating,Kerala Samajam Mohiniyattam and Kannada Sangh a Lavani song.

The Banga Bharati came out with a group dance, Andhra Mahasabha with Kuchipudi dance recital while Gujarati Samaj presented Navaratri Garba and Dandiya Raas.Some French programmes were also organised on the occasion.
