Chandigarh, Punjab record wins in schools handball

Kapurthala, Nov 26 (UNI) Chandigarh defeated Gujrat 21-10 in the boys section on the opening day of 53rd National School Games Handball championship for boys and girls under nineteen.

In the other matches in the boys section, Himachal Pradesh defeated Chattisgarh 23-13 while Delhi beat Andhra Pradesh 25-10.

In the girls section, hosts Punjab trounced Himachal Pradesh 23-5 and Rajasthan beat Chattisgarh 18-13.
