24 children released by STF in Darbhanga

Darbhanga, Nov 26 (UNI) A Special Task Force constituted by district administration to check child labour here today suceeded in saving 24 children from different localities of the town.

District Magistrate Upendra Sharma here said the task force raided Donar, Mirzapur, Kishantola, Rajkumarganj and Laheriasarai areas in the town and saved the children working there.

Earlier, a twelve-member task force was constituted yesterday to check child labour. The task force will continue functioning till the first week of December, labour superintendent Vijay Kumar said.
