'Wonder Smile' wins Fernhill's Palace Bangalore 1000 Guineas

Bangalore, Nov 24 (UNI) Favourite 'Wonder Smile' ridden by B Prakash won the Fernhill's Palace Bangalore 1000 Guineas, the first classic event of Bangalore Winter Meeting (2007-2008) races held here today.

The winner is property of Dr M A M Ramaswamy and trained by S Ganapathy.

Jockey C D Hayes scored a treble and B Prakash and Vivek, trainer Prithviraj B scored a double each. Six favourites obliged punters in a long card of nine events.
