Unclaimed baggage found at Ahmedabad domestic airport

Ahmedabad, Nov 24 (UNI) Panic gripped Sardar Patel Airport here this morning following the recovery of an unclaimed bag by security officials.

Police said a bag was found inside the passenger lounge of the domestic airport at 1000 hrs with no claimants. The authorities alerted the police immediately and a police team along with a bomb squad and sniffer dogs reached the airport and took custody of the suspicious bag.

On searching the bag, the police team found few documents inside in the name of one Dr V Ramnathan, resident of Mehtapura.
