Ruling BSP MLA booked

Bahraich, Nov 24 (UNI) A loot and assault case was today registered at kotwali (dehat) here against ruling BSP MLA from Fakharpur Assembly segment Krishna Kumar Ojha.

According to sources, local fertiliser godown in-charge R P Yadav has alleged that Mr Ojha, accompanied by his supporters, had assaulted him and took away his mobile and cash.

The MLA had yesterday registered a case against Mr Yadav at kotwali (dehat) under corruption charges.
