Nitish neither a good administrator nor political manager:Congress

Patna, Nov 24 (UNI) ''Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is neither a good administrator nor a political manager,'' said Mr Sadanand Singh, the state president of Congress,during an interaction with reporters here today.

Mr Singh was responding to a query in this regard as Mr Kumar had claimed himself as an able administrator but accepted that his managerial skill on political affairs, was not good.He said Mr Kumar had failed to deliver as administrator, which could be easily gauged from the poor administrative machineries in the state.

''During the NDA regime, the officers of the state government were not paying any heed to missives of their political masters and even Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had proved himself as utter failure in this regard,'' Mr Singh pointed out and said the instructions issued by Mr Kumar during Janta Durbar was not being taken seriously by the bureaucrats.

Earlier, Mr Kumar during an interaction with reporters yesterday had claimed that he could deliver better resuls as administrator but his political managerial skill was not good. He had also pointed out that some personalities managed to rule in Bihar for longer period by sheer strength of their political management without doing something concrete in the state.
