Delhi's tryst with chill continues, mercury drops to 10.0 Deg C

New Delhi, Nov 24 (UNI) Delhi's tryst with chilly weather continued today with the mercury dropping to 10 degree Celsius.

It was another chilly morning in the Capital as the minimum temperature dropped from 10.4 Degree C on Thursday to 10 Degree C today.

And, with the maximum also remaining at yesterday's level of 28 Degree C today, Delhiites seemed set for a tough winter ahead.

After a slight abatement in the chill in Delhi on Wednesday, chilly weather returned to the city on Thursday with the mercury falling from 11.5 degrees Celsius to 10.4 Degree Celsius under the influence of East South Easterly winds.

The coming days are not expected to witness any let up in chill with weathermen forecasting a minimum temperature of 10 Degree C tomorrow as well.

The Met office has forecast a mainly clear sky in Delhi during the next 24 hours with the possibility of light mist or shallow fog in the morning.
