CNP lodges complaint against employees
Nashik, Nov 24 (UNI) The Currency Note Press (CNP) here has lodged a complaint with the police against three of its employees for allegedly defrauding the agency by stealing a faulty Rs 1000 note.
Currency Note Press officer Shasikant Rajaram Bhalerao has lodged a complaint with the Nashik Road police against his subordinates M R Jadhav, M S Gawli and S K Kale.
Mr Bhalerao, in his complaint, stated that on December 30 last year, one Rs 1000 note, bearing the number 4AK 935887, was handed over to the three employees for checking. The note was found faulty.
But, instead of sending it for a recheck, the note had gone missing.
