CM directs Health Minister to visit malaria-hit areas

Hyderabad, Nov 24 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today directed Health Minister S Chandrasekhar to visit the tribal areas in Adilabad district and inquire into the reported death of 95 children due to malaria.

Dr Reddy directed the Minister to visit these areas along with the Health Department Principal Secretary and the Director of Health to take remedial action to combat malaria fever in the agency areas and report compliance in the matter to the Chief Minister, an official release here said.
