DS Kulkarni in land development deal with GTC Real Estate

New Delhi, Nov 23 (UNI) DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd today said the company has executed a term sheet with Netherland-based GTC Real Estate NV for joint development of 250 acre multi-services special economic zone (SEZ) at Pune.

GTC will pump in 96 million dollars in the project in a phased manner, a statement said.
