Nitesh Estates, Sagar Group tie-up for township project

Bangalore, Nov 21 (UNI) Nitesh Estates today entered into a tie-up with Sagar Group to develop a mini-township project in the city.

A company release here said the Rs 1000 crore-project would have over 1000 apartments, an international school, a multi-speciality hospital and shopping malls.

The release quoted Nitesh Estates Executive Director Vaidyanathan as saying, ''the project is likely to be completed by 2010 and it will be bench marked for the best projects in the world.'' UNI
