BJP activist injured during attack on protest march

Kannur, Nov 21 (UNI) A BJP activist was injured, when a country bomb was hurled, allegedly by CPI(M) partymen, at a BJP protest march in Konnambally near Pannur last night.

Police said the BJP took out the protest march for pulling down the party flags and removing posters.

The injured T Sajith was admitted to a private hospital here.

Tension had been prevailing in the area for some days, police added.
