Effigies of Deve Gowda and Kuamraswamy burnt

Hubli, Nov 20 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) activists of Hubli-Dharwad mahanagar unit today burnt the effigies of Janata Dal (S) national president H D Deve Gowda and his son and former Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumarswamy, accusing them of cheating.

Over 100 activists gathered at the busy Jubilee circle area and burnt the effigies.

They also shouted slogans against the two JD (S) leaders.
