J'khand water resources min forms committee for monitoring schemes

Ranchi, Nov 19 (UNI) Jharkhand water resources minister Kamlesh Singh today constituted a high level committe for monitoring of various develomental schemes in the state.

Mr Singh who also holds the charge of food, public distribution and consumer affairs and exicse department formed a six-membered committee headed by chief engineer of minor irrigation department, Shivbalak Ram.

The committee would inquire the quality of work and also the presence of officials concerned at the site.

Officials sources said the committe would also report state headquarters about the loopholes of schemes and also recommend for the departmental proceeding against the guilty officials.
