PM, Prez condole death of Justice Pathak

New Delhi, Nov 18 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and President Pratibha Patil today condoled the death of former Chief Justice of India R S Pathak.

In a condolence message, Dr Singh described him as a man of great learning, wisdom and unimpeachable integrity.

The President sent her condolences to the bereaved family.

Justice Pathak died here early today after a massive cardiac arrest.
