0ne killed, three injured in bridge collapse

Giridih, Nov 18 (UNI) One person was killed and three others were injured when two vehicles fell into Barakar river following collapse of a bridge here today.

Official sources said vehicular traffic between Ranchi and Giridih has been disrupted.

The bridge, built in 1920, was not in a condition to take the load of heavy traffic, sources said adding that the injured had been sent to Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences in Ranchi.
