Raj BJP rules out leadership change in party unit

Jhunjhunu, Nov 17 (UNI) Rajasthan BJP president Dr Mahesh Sharma today ruled out the possibility of a change of leadership in the party state unit.

Talking to reporters at Malsisar town near here, Mr Sharma said the speculations about the change of leadership in state BJP unit were mere figments of media's imagination.

He said there were neither dissidents' activities prevailing in the state BJP nor did any issue pertaining to leadership change or dissidents' activities figure at the BJP Parliamentary Board meeting in New Delhi on November 14 and 15.

Mr Sharma was accompanying Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha L K Advani.

On being grilled by the mediapersons, Mr Advani evaded answers to questions over this issue.
