One killed in road accident in HP

Una, Nov 17 (UNI) One person was killed and a woman injured after a scooter crashed into a Himachal Road Transport Corpration (HRTC) bus today, police said.

The scooter crashed into the bus ahead following the applying of sudden brakes by the bus driver, killing a man on the spot, identified as Manohar Lal, who was an employee of the PWD, and injuring a woman, identified as Kamlesh.

A case has been registered and investigations are on, police added.
