Naxals release abducted women

Dantewara, Chhattisgarh, Nov 17 (UNI) Five women, who were today abducted by naxalites, were released with the warning to reside in their villages at Dhawaguda village under Errabore police station area in Chhattisgarh's Dantewara district, police said.

About two dozen armed naxalites had abducted the five women this afternoon. Other women gave the information at Errabore relief camp, where these women were put up from several days.

The incident occured when some women went to pluck vegetables in the market occurred. Naxals rescued them four hours after the incident.

Police force had been sent for rescuing women.

Police sources said several women were put up in the relief camp for fear of naxalites.
