Ranchi, Nov 17 (UNI) The Jharkhand Congress will hold a meeting of its state office bearers on November 19 to discuss the functioning of UPA backed Madhu Koda government of the state.

Party's spokesperson Alok Dubey here said today that all the vice-presidents and general secretaries of Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) had been directed to ensure their presence in the meeting.

Besides, the state executive would meet in December, Mr Dubey said.

The Congress, an ally of the Koda-government, had already given an ultimatum of two months to the Chief Minister to improve the ''dismal situation'' of the state.

The Congress warned that if Mr Koda failed to deliver the goods within the stipulated time, the party would ''seriously'' consider withdrawal of support from the government.
