Indian Coffee House demands Rs 2 cr subsidy
Puducherry, Nov 17 (UNI) The CITU today urged the administration to provide a subsidy of Rs two crore to the Indian Coffee House here for its development.
Adressing a press conference here, CITU leader and former CPI(M) State Secretary T Murugan also demanded a new premises for the Coffee House on the beach and suggested that the vacant court building here be allotted to it.
He sought the government's intervention into issues such as employees obtaining salary without attending work and the divide among the workers on the basis of religion and language.
