Lucknow, Nov 17 (UNI) Amid high drama in the court premises here, the three Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorists -- nabbed yesterday by the elite Special Task Force (STF) of Uttar Pradesh Police -- were today sent to 14-day judicial custody.

In an in-camera hearing, Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Bal Mukund sent the three terrorists Mohd Abid alias Fate, Yusuf alias Faizal and Mirza Rashid Beg alias Raja Mazafi to judicial custody till November 30.

Earlier, the trio were Brought in the court of judicial magistrate Archana. Later, they were produced in the CJM court around 1300 hrs.

In the morning around 1100 hrs, the Jaish terrorists were brought to court for hearing. Soon a large group of local lawyers assembled at the spot.

The trouble began, when the ULTRAS started ranting pro-Pakistan slogans.

The group of advocates also chanted slogans amid all the ruckus, in which the terrorists were heckled and reportedly roughed up.

In 2005, a similar situation had been witnessed in Faizabad district, when locals had thrashed the terrorists, who were involved in the Ayodhya fidayeen attack case.

Later, the Ayodhya case was transferred to Allahabad, when no advocate from Faizabad came forward to represent the terrorists.
