23 'anganbadi' women workers booked for forgery

Mirzapur, Nov 17 (UNI) Twenty three 'anganbadi' women workers of Woman and Child Development Department have been booked for forgery here, sources said today.

They said as many as 283 women workers were recruited, of whom 23 had presented forged documents during the selection procedure.

Meanwhile, district magistrate Dr Hari Om has ordered the dismissal of the accused.

Earlier, several health department workers were found seeking jobs on the basis of forged documents here.
