Man rapes minor daughter of fellow migrant

Fatehgarh Sahib, Nov 16 (UNI) A man has been booked for allegedly raping a seven year-old girl of a fellow migrant worker in the Sirhind region, police today said.

The Sirhind police has registered a case against Budan Kumar, who is absconding, on the complaint of the girl's father Jagannath Shah, a resident of Baslipur district of Bihar .

Shah himself hails from of Samstipur district of Bihar.

The police is conducting raids to arrest the accused, who has been booked under section 376 of the IPC.
