Bank of Baroda partners with UK's L

New Delhi, Nov 16 (UNI) State-run Bank of Baroda today entered into an agreement with the United Kingdom (UK) based insurance firm Legal&General to float a life insurance joint venture (JV).

In the JV, the UK firm will hold a 26 per cent stake, Andhra Bank with a 30 per cent holding, the remaining will be held by Bank of Baroda, a statement said.

The BoB on November 9 had signed an agreement with Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India Ltd (ECGC), the only export credit insurance provider in the country, for the distribution of laters products.
