Kalaripayattu reaches foreign shores

Kochi, Nov 13: The five-thousand-year-old Kalari Payattu, an ancient martial art form of India"s southern Kerala is fast traversing to foreign shores.

People from all over the world are converging upon a small village in Kerala to learn 'Kalaripayattu", believed to cure injuries very fast. The art form, considered to be one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world, was inspired by the raw power of animals.
