Sweet shop owner jumps into Yamuna

Allahabad, Nov 13: The City's famous sweet shop, Kamdhenu's owner allegedly jumped in river Yamuna late last night, police said today.

Efforts were underway to fish out the body of -- Vijay Madhyan -- the shop owner, Circle Officer (CO) Ashutosh Mishra said.

Vijay, who was a Cancer patient, went missing under mysterious circumstances after he left his house in a car yesterday.

His car has, however, been found on Yamuna Bridge. Ironically, Vijay's niece also went missing under mysterious circumstances before few months. She was later found from another city.
