PM arrives in India after two-day visit to Russia

New Delhi, Nov 13: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh returned here this morning from Moscow after a two-day official visit to Russia. During the visit, Dr Singh had summit-level talk with President Vladimir Putin, besides meetings with the other Russian leaders. India and Russia also signed a slew of agreements on Nov 12, including one on co-producing the multi role transport aircraft.
