AICC will take action against Bhajan Lal: Surjewala

Chandigarh, Nov 13: The Congress high command will take action against disgruntled party leader Bhajan Lal and his son and suspended MP Kuldeep Bishnoi who have ''violated the party discipline and decorum,'' Haryana Power and PWD Minister Randeep Singh Surjewala said today.

Talking to reporters here, Mr Surjewala said as per his information Haryana Congress president Phool Chand Mullana had sent a letter to the AICC in this regard and recommended action against these leaders.

The AICC would take action against these leaders, he added.

Mr Surjewala said the Congress had no place for those leaders who spoke against party president Sonia Gandhi and Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda.

''No one is greater than the party. Be it Bhajan Lal or Kuldeep Bishnoi,'' he said.

Mr Bhajan Lal and Mr Kuldeep Bishnoi had been making statements against Ms Gandhi and Mr Hooda and had announced to hold a rally in Rohtak on December two where they would disclose their future course of action.
