Court orders release of 3 for lack of proof

Hyderabad, Nov 12 (UNI) A local court here struck down cases against three people arrested in 2005, on charges of conspiring to resort to terrorist activities in the city, on account of ''lack of proper evidences''.

The III Metropolitan Magistrate Court struck down the cases registered against Ibrahim, Gulam Rabbani and Shoukat in 2005 and ordered their immediate release.
