Puducherry CM, PCC Chief hear girevances of party workers

Puducherry, Nov 11(UNI) Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy along with Pradesh Congress Committee President P Shanmugham today heard the grievances of party workers at the PCC office.

Indian National Trade Union Congress(INTUC) workers of the Indian Coffee house here urged the Chief Minister N Rangasamy to take steps to provide additional bonus to them. The workers were paid only 13 percent, while 22 percent was paid for last Diwali, they added.

Talking to newspersons later, Mr Rangasamy said a sale of Rs 1.95 crore was recorded by PAPSCO this year in the Diwali Special Bazaar, compared to Rs 1.27 crore last year.
