NBA workers take out rally to protest attack on Medha

Barwani, MP, Nov 9 (UNI) A rally was taken out by Narmada Bachao Andolan (NBA) workers this afternoon to protest the alleged the beating up of NBA leader Medha Patkar in West Bengal yesterday.

Later, a memorandum was submitted for the West Bengal Governor to the Sub-Divisional Officer demanding CBI inquiry.

Ms Patkar was allegedly attacked near Midanpore when she had gone to take stock of Nandigram in West Bengal yesterday.

Ms Patkar staged a sit-in to protest the attack.
