Mr Bangarappa told the sources that the UPA Government had failed to take note of the important aspect of Governor Rameshwar Thakur's report to the home ministry expressing doubts over the stability of the future government.
Stating that Congress party which was pushed to the wall on the issue of Civil Nuclear Co-operation deal signed with United States by Left parties, had arrived at a tacit understanding with BJP for their cooperation in the Parliament when the issue comes for discussion in lieu of allowing the latter to form government in Karnataka.
After the fall of coalition on October 8, no parties have staked claim to form the government and have demanded for immediate dissolution of State assembly he said adding that the Congress to save its skin at the Centre had obliged BJP to set its foot in South India and form government.
